Camp Jump Start

I wake up early ready to run,
get dressed, grab water bottle,
head out the door down the hill,
lake side view, morning dew,
run with passion, walk with passion,
another day to start, another journey to begin,
Forget the drama from yesterday,
Don't let it ruin the new day,
Eat, stretch, drink water,
Go off onto our three new adventures,
new lessons to learn, new things to try,
Take a break, breath and drink,
Eat, talk, drink water,
meet new people, Make new friends,
Swim for a while or rest if tired,
take shower, clean,
new responsibilities, new ways to grow,
Eat, talk, drink more water,
take the rest of the day off,
Talk with friends,
Watch a movie, or play a game,
Go to your bed, and write a note or read a book,
Sweet dreams through storms, or perfect nights,
Morning is welcomed with open arms,
Another day to learn, another day to grow,
Another day to achieve things you never imagined,
Another day to be you, and another day to be free.
